# HeyMilton™ Pricing Strategy

## Recommendation

Use one public three-tier pricing band:

| Tier | Public price | Primary role |
| --- | ---: | --- |
| Free | $0 | Everyday AI and personal Work/Life OS |
| Pro | $29/month or $290/year | Full personal momentum system for people who want Milton to run more of their day |
| Agency / Enterprise | Talk to us | Multi-user, multi-client, governed business deployment |

Highlight **Free** on the current launch page because the immediate goal is product adoption and testing. Mark **Pro** as the best value once paid conversion becomes the primary goal.

## 1. Free

**Price:** $0

**Purpose:** Give people a genuinely useful everyday AI that can replace basic standalone LLM use while organizing their work and life around owned personal context.

**Include:**

- One personal workspace
- Today dashboard and daily briefing
- Projects, tasks, appointments, memos, and personal context
- Ask Milton with a useful monthly AI allowance
- Core capture, recall, and manual Sort & Staple
- Standard model routing
- Data export and basic ownership controls
- Ready-to-use intelligence without requiring the user to build or train agents

**Limit:**

- Monthly hosted-AI allowance
- Standard processing priority
- Limited premium-model access
- No multi-client workspaces
- No advanced business integrations or autonomous execution

**Business role:** Free is the acquisition and trust layer. It should create enough value to become a daily habit while keeping hosted inference costs bounded.

## 2. Pro

**Price:** $29/month or $290/year

**Future list-price option:** Reserve $39/month for a later version with mature integrations and autonomous execution. Do not launch at $39 until those capabilities are reliable and clearly demonstrated.

**Purpose:** Replace a paid general-purpose LLM plus several disconnected productivity tools with one personal AI operating system.

**Include everything in Free, plus:**

- Larger included AI allowance
- Premium-model and Forge routing
- Automatic context percolation and richer memory
- Advanced daily briefings, nudges, and follow-up intelligence
- Meeting-to-project and meeting-to-task suggestions
- Executive reports and exports
- Google email and calendar integrations when live
- Personal and business Wizards included with the plan or available as paid add-ons
- Higher processing priority
- Discounted usage above the included allowance

**Business role:** Pro creates predictable recurring revenue. Included usage makes the plan easy to understand. Metered overage protects margin when a small number of users generate unusually expensive workloads.

## 3. Agency / Enterprise

**Public price:** Talk to us

**Purpose:** Sell governed deployment, multi-client operations, integrations, security, implementation, and measurable business execution rather than cheap seats.

**Include everything in Pro, plus:**

- Multi-user and multi-client workspaces
- Agency Wizard and CRM Wizard
- HighLevel integration and client-context isolation
- Shared organizational context with role-based permissions
- Admin controls, audit history, approvals, and usage reporting
- Shared usage pools
- API and custom integrations
- Onboarding, configuration, and priority support
- Custom security, retention, deployment, or model-routing requirements

### Internal pricing guardrails

Do not place these numbers on the three-card website. Use them to qualify and price sales conversations.

| Customer | Recurring price | Implementation | Contract guidance |
| --- | ---: | ---: | --- |
| Small agency | From $499/month | From $2,500 | Annual commitment preferred |
| Growing agency | $999 to $2,500/month | $5,000 to $15,000 | Price by users, client workspaces, integrations, and usage |
| Enterprise | From $2,500/month | From $10,000 | Target $30,000+ annual recurring value before custom work |

The investor model uses **$1,250 in blended monthly recurring revenue per Agency / Enterprise account**. This is an editable planning assumption, not a public promise.

## Milton Credits and Usage

Keep Milton Credits as the internal metering, routing, and cost-control system. Do not make credits the main pricing story.

- Every tier receives an included usage allowance.
- Deterministic Milton actions should not consume premium AI credits.
- Free usage should route to the least expensive adequate model.
- Pro should include enough usage for an ordinary customer to avoid thinking about credits every day.
- Premium models, long-running agents, voice, SMS, email, computer use, and unusually large jobs may consume additional credits.
- BYOK can reduce Milton's inference exposure while preserving the Milton experience.
- Usage receipts should show the route, model, latency, credits, estimated cost, and fallback when appropriate.

## Margin Rule

The earlier 2.25x to 2.5x markup is too thin as the main margin rule. A 2.5x multiplier produces only a 60% gross margin before payment fees, infrastructure, support, and the cost of free users.

Use this rule instead:

> Price variable usage to preserve at least 75% gross margin after model, infrastructure, payment, and support costs.

That generally requires at least 4x landed variable cost at a 75% gross-margin target. More expensive frontier-model work should use higher credit consumption, BYOK, a premium add-on, or a scoped enterprise agreement.

## Investor Story

Milton has three connected revenue engines:

1. **Freemium distribution:** A useful free personal AI builds adoption, context, and daily habit.
2. **Recurring Pro revenue:** Users pay for greater capacity, stronger intelligence, integrations, and execution.
3. **High-value business expansion:** Agencies and enterprises pay for multi-client operations, governance, integrations, implementation, and support.

The strongest pitch is not that Milton resells tokens. Milton owns the user experience, context, memory, permissions, orchestration, and execution loop while keeping model providers replaceable.
